The Road Traffic (Fixed Penalty) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2020

This Order amends the Road Traffic (Fixed Penalty) Order (Northern Ireland) 2007 (S.R. 2007 No. 319) to increase the fixed penalty amount for an offence under Article 56A(b) of the Road Traffic (Northern Ireland) Order 1995 (“the 1995 Order”) from £60 to £200.
